5. Client Agreements & Statements of Work

Specific software engineering deliverables, staffing commitments, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing terms will be defined in executed Statements of Work (SOW) between Business Matrix Lab and the client. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms of Use and an executed SOW, the terms of the executed SOW shall prevail.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Business Matrix Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or operational interruption arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use our website or Services.

7. Indemnification
